Preheat oven to 180°C/gas mark 4. Grease a baking tray with Pure spread.
Make the harissa by frying all the ingredients in Pure spread until softened.
Put into a bowl and use a hand blender to blend the mixture until smooth.
Place the steaks on the baking tray and top with harissa paste.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Delicious served with couscous and oven-roasted vegetables.
